I’m Amanda Key, an illustrator and artist from Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Growing up along the coast of B.C. has shaped my outlook and work to this day. Ever curious, I put a significant amount of research into much of my work, with every project an opportunity to learn something new.
I have worked with clients in various fields, from publishing to advertising and packaging, with clients including Orca Book Publishers, Canadian Geographic, and Annick Press.
When not illustrating client work or personal passion projects, I enjoy spending time outside exploring, gardening or adding another craft to my list of hobbies.
